Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CORE TEAM Member to join our growing team. This role is best described as a Project Coordinator with elements of an Operations Coordinator, Project Administrator, and Logistics Coordinator all in one. You will manage schedules, handle critical documentation, and ensure clear communication between dealers, clients, warehouse staff, and installation crews.
This position is located in Knoxville, TN, off Parkside Drive, and will serve as the central hub of communication for projects across our service areas. The CORE TEAM is the backbone of our operation, keeping projects on schedule, documentation accurate, and information flowing across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule installations, deliveries, and warehouse receiving.
- Communicate directly with dealers, clients, warehouse staff, and installers to keep everyone aligned.
- Manage project paperwork such as delivery tickets, receiving logs, COIs, and drawings.
- Ensure installers receive proper documentation and return completed files to dealers.
- Track project schedules and provide daily updates to stakeholders.
- Support invoicing by collecting sign-offs and ensuring accurate project closeouts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping accuracy and accountability at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, logistics, office management, or client services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or project management tools.
- A professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
