Director, Global Marketing

We are looking for a Director of Global Marketing to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing global marketing strategies, campaigns, brand standards, digital marketing, franchisee marketing support, and identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness, enrollment, franchise growth, and overall marketing performance.

This role requires someone who is creative, analytical, self-directed, and able to develop campaign ideas and marketing strategies without needing constant direction. Since Bricks 4 Kidz operates globally, the ideal candidate must also be flexible with working hours, comfortable working across different time zones, and open to domestic and international travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate global marketing policies, programs, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer enrollment, franchisee success, and franchise development.

  • Identify areas of improvement in marketing performance, lead generation, brand visibility, and campaign execution.

  • Create campaign ideas, promotional strategies, content themes, and growth initiatives without needing constant direction.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales, franchise development, operations, curriculum, and franchisee support teams.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, websites, and other lead-generation channels.

  • Review, track, and optimize marketing budgets, campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • Oversee marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media content, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and franchisee resources.

  • Support franchisees with local marketing campaigns, promotional calendars, templates, and brand-approved materials.

  • Monitor marketing trends, customer demand, competitor activity, parent engagement, and franchisee needs.

  • Review and report on customer satisfaction, campaign results, website traffic, leads, conversions, email performance, social engagement, and franchisee marketing adoption.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all markets, platforms, franchise locations, and partner communications.

  • Represent Bricks 4 Kidz at company events, trainings, conferences, franchisee meetings, market visits, and partnership opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, franchise marketing, or other related fields.

  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, track performance, identify trends, measure ROI, and turn marketing insights into action.

  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns independently without needing constant direction.

  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, vendors, and priorities at once.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams, vendors, agencies, and franchisees.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, lead generation, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and customer engagement.

  • Experience with franchising, education, children’s programs, multi-location businesses, or consumer services is preferred.

  • Highly organized, proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Open to domestic and international travel as needed.

  • Flexible with working hours and comfortable supporting a global business across different time zones. This is not a strictly 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM role.

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
