What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Clinical Services position at BFAIR?
The BCBA is primarily responsible for assisting with the development of
Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Behavior Modifying Medication
Treatment Plans, a variety of data collection systems, and working with
direct care staff and managers to enhance understanding and proper
utilization of PBS plans and ensuring that individuals served receive
appropriate and consistent support and guidance needed to achieve their
own personal goals and to develop necessary skills and healthy
behaviors. The BCBA will also maintain a caseload in adult services. The
BCBA will also collaborate with outside agencies to assist with
collaborative treatment goals. The BCBA is responsible for the oversight
of PBS plans developed by Behavior Specialists working in adult services
and takes an active role in agency-wide PBS implementation.

developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Position requires
Strong Organizational Skills, Proven Supervisory Experience And The
ability to communicate effectively. Ability to complete all initial and
ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI,
Fingerprinting, LEIE, driving record, E-Verify, Physical, PPD and
licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing). A valid US
driver\'s license and ready access to a vehicle. **TRAINING
REQUIREMENTS:** Must maintain all certifications needed in the program
including CPR, First Aid, Safe Techniques to Avoid Restraint and
Training (START), and BFAIR Human Rights Training. May need to attend
workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
