Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (2D & 3D) for design and construction documentation
- Proven experience producing permit, bid, and construction-ready drawing sets
- Strong understanding of design-build workflows, constructability, and sequencing
- Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with designers, project managers, and field teams
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing scopes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain Revit models to support design development and construction
- Produce accurate construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Incorporate feedback from project managers, superintendents, and consultants
- Revise drawings based on RFIs, field conditions, and coordination meetings
- Support design-build coordination to resolve conflicts prior to and during construction
