What You’ll Do
- Visit active jobsites regularly to track progress and document field conditions
- Take and organize project photos for daily reporting and client updates
- Communicate directly with field teams, subcontractors, and project managers
- Verify work progress and confirm schedule alignment with actual field conditions
- Help maintain and update project schedules, lookaheads, and tracking logs
- Track project milestones, pending items, and field coordination issues
- Assist with subcontractor coordination and follow-up
- Support RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Help ensure crews, materials, and site readiness are aligned with upcoming work
- Report field updates back to office leadership clearly and accurately
- Assist with project closeout documentation and punchlist tracking
- Maintain organized digital project files, photos, and reports
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Field experience or strong understanding of construction operations
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand project scope
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable walking jobsites and interacting with field crews
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
