Key Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate new leads and identify potential roofing projects.
- Engage homeowners professionally to discuss roofing conditions, company services, and available solutions.
- Conduct or schedule roof inspections and document findings.
- Assist customers with understanding the insurance claims process when applicable.
- Prepare, present, and explain roofing estimates and proposals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to drive sales and close contracts.
- Track daily activity, appointments, and results using CRM tools.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales performance goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or roofing industry preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
