Beztak is looking to hire an Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at All Seasons Delray Beach, a brand new luxury Senior Living community set to open in 2027. We are seeking a dynamic professional who can begin in December 2026 to help build momentum for pre-leasing efforts and contribute to the successful launch and grand opening of our community. It will be 153 homes, a mixture of both Independent Living and Assisted Living.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met
- Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed
- Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community
- Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates
- Completes community tours in a manner that meets company expectations
- Completes the daily marketing checklist
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
- Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
- You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
- You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
