Beztak is looking to hire a Resident Event Coordinator to join our team. The Resident Event Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and implements weekly Resident Social Programming events and activities that involve the community and outreach relationships; maintains a monthly activity calendar.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities.
- Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents to attend and conduct resident events.
- Documenting Resident Events, Event Planning, Event Calendar, social media to Promote Resident Events.
- Ability to plan events within monthly budgeted.
- Work a flexible schedule; any day of the week including evenings and weekends.
- Execute successful Resident Events.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally and effectively and adapt interpersonal skills to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrate teamwork, by assisting and communicating with co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. Occasionally bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates indoors in an air-conditioned office and outdoor events, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light. This position will require travel between 2 properties.
