Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at Golf Villas at Oro Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident units, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Change bed linens and replenish supplies as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with property guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Basic communication skills in English.

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
