Junior Behavior Technician- BeYou ABA

Job DescriptionBeyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Position: Behavior Therapist

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Where And How You Can Work

• In-person sessions in Castro Valley, CA areas
• Home, school, and community-based settings
• Part-time schedule
• Availability required: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Minimum 10 hours per week; 15–20 hours maximum per week
  
  

What You’d Be Doing In This RoleYou’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills
• Collect and record session data as required
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client

You Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome)
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination
