As technologically sophisticated attacks are increasing, we are looking to grow our team of laser-focused cybersecurity engineers.

About The Role

Our partner is building an AI platform that takes over the complex and time-consuming work of coordinating freight for manufacturers and distributors. From booking and tracking to managing shipments end-to-end, this AI platform lets operations teams hand off their entire logistics function and scale at a fraction of the cost of adding more headcount.

The company has reached a major revenue inflection point, backed by Y Combinator (S24) and a $3.3M seed round, and is growing quickly to meet accelerating customer demand.

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll work closely with the founding team to design and build core infrastructure and AI systems that will shape the future of how goods move. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

What You’ll Do

• Scale architecture for growth Design and optimize systems that can support traffic surges up to 10× current levels, maintaining real-time performance and reliability as the customer base expands.
• Build and automate AI loops Develop the tooling to monitor, evaluate, and continuously retrain AI models in production, ensuring the system gets smarter with each new edge case.
• Own the product end-to-end Instead of working from a backlog of tickets, you’ll receive real problems, speak directly with customers, design solutions, build them, and ship to production.
• Develop seamless integrations Create rich, two-way experiences with platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams — including slash commands, real-time shipment dashboards, and alerting systems that meet customers where they work.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Product-driven builder You care about solving real problems, not just writing elegant code. Whether you have 2 or 10 years of experience, you take pride in shipping impactful products.
• High-agency problem solver You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, move quickly to find answers, and don’t hesitate to jump on a call with a customer to get to the root of an issue.
• Full-stack versatility When given a goal like “get this customer live,” you’ll do whatever it takes — from building UI to extending APIs to fine-tuning models — to make it happen.
