Methadone Assisted Treatment Substance Abuse Counselor
POSITION REQUIREMENT: The ideal candidate must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field and must be hold a Georgia CADCII certification.
General Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a patient caseload.
- Complete intake packets, assessments, safety plans, ongoing treatment plans and discharges for all MAT patients.
- Review patient charts for compliance measures as set forth by organization.
Other position requirements:
Responsible for ensuring that each patient is being properly cared for according to Federal and State standards.
At times, represent the Program at Methadone Coalition functions
Assist with responses to all regulatory inquiries in a timely fashion (DCH, SAMHSA, Joint Commission)
Candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday 5:00 am-1:00 pm.
Candidate MUST hold CADCII certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Experience:
- Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
