Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Westport, CT. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, guiding and mentoring team members, maintaining high levels of customer service, and achieving sales goals. Additional responsibilities include supporting the store management team in administrative tasks, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for all customers.

- Prior retail experience, particularly in activewear or lifestyle apparel, is preferred.
