What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist & Delivery Driver position at BEYOND VISION?
We are seeking an outgoing, care-oriented representative to help us serve in-store and online shoppers. This person will assist with all aspects of customer service, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and provide desktop delivery to federal customers. Enjoy busy days with a variety of duties! Spend about half the time receiving and delivering items and the rest working with customers in the store. Our delivery drivers are the "face of our company" when interacting with customers. This is a great opportunity to learn how to run a store and exceed the needs of our wonderful military and federal customers!
Qualifications:We Require:
- Customer service experience in a retail environment. A track record of providing service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pick, pack, load and unload large shipments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review orders and enter information at the highest level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills working with e-mail and an ERP system.
- A commitment to furthering our mission to employ the visually impaired.
