Packer/Shipper

Beyond Urban is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring each package is complete, properly labeled, and ready to leave our facility on time.

Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, verifying items and quantities, printing and applying shipping labels, organizing outgoing packages, maintaining a clean and efficient shipping area, and helping with inventory organization as needed. Because we process orders from both retail and live-selling channels, this role requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in getting orders out correctly and on time. Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or inventory experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, verify, and pack customer orders accurately
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Prepare packages for carrier pickup
• Inspect merchandise before shipment
• Keep orders organized throughout the fulfillment process
• Maintain a clean and organized packing/shipping area
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and general warehouse organization when needed
• Help ensure daily shipping deadlines are met
• Communicate any order discrepancies or inventory issues to management
• Handle merchandise carefully and represent Beyond Urban’s standards in every customer shipment

We are looking for someone who understands that every package represents Beyond Urban and plays an important role in creating a great customer experience from the moment an order is placed until it arrives at the customer’s door.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
