Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) is seeking a strong Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead, shape, and strengthen our clinical program in Alpharetta, Georgia.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a meaningful leadership opportunity for a Clinical Director who wants to bring clinical expertise, structure, and vision to a growing program. BTS has a clear mission, a purpose-built therapy center, committed leadership, and administrative support in place. Position Overview
As Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership while maintaining a focused and manageable caseload.
You will help set the tone for clinical excellence, ensure treatment integrity, support staff development, and drive meaningful client outcomes.
This role combines leadership, accountability, and hands-on clinical work in a way that allows you to make a direct impact while helping build a strong clinical foundation for the future.
Clinical Expectations
Maintain a manageable billable caseload while overseeing overall clinical performance
Support strong utilization across your caseload and clinical team
Ensure high-quality assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
Lead clinical decision-making and program development
Support consistency, accountability, and high clinical standards
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations and service delivery
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments
Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans
Monitor outcomes and ensure meaningful client progress
Lead clinical trainings, team meetings, and quality initiatives
Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA standards
Collaborate with operations, billing, and administrative teams
Support program development and future expansion initiatives
Clinical Environment at BTS
BTS is a purpose-built ABA therapy center with therapy rooms, clinical materials, and resources designed to support children, families, and clinicians.
We are continuing to grow and strengthen our systems, and we are looking for a Clinical Director who can help bring clinical leadership, structure, and consistency to that process.
You will have leadership support, administrative support, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the clinical direction of the program.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum 2 years BCBA experience
Prior leadership, supervision, or training experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
Experience working with children with autism
Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA
