Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including collecting medical histories, performing medication reconciliations, and preparing patients for examinations

- Assist with medical coding and documentation to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping
- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing patient concerns and providing information on healthcare services
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program
- Solid understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience with phlebotomy is a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical coding principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
