Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts; reconcile bank accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit card/expense report audits.
- Manage biweekly payroll processing; review wages, deductions, and benefit changes.
- Coordinate employee benefits updates, open enrollment tasks, and payroll liability reconciliations.
- Prepare sales tax filings and support fixed asset and prepaid schedules.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting support, and audit preparation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills (Microsoft NAV or similar).
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor) and benefits administration preferred.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- CPA or CMA a plus.

- Days – Monday-Friday

- $65,000 - $80,000
- Reporting to Controller
