About the Role:
Beyond Studios is seeking a Junior Designer to drive creative direction across branding, digital, and print projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design expertise, capable of leading projects from concept to execution while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute long-term branding projects, as well as fast-paced, time-sensitive design requests.
- Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across various mediums.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage client relationships, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ensure all design work aligns with Beyond Studios’ creative standards and client brand identities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.
- Mastery of the design process, from research and ideation to revision and final execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as balance, contrast, hierarchy, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
- Experience leading design projects, collaborating with teams, and working directly with clients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end languages to collaborate with developers.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms and e-commerce tools like Webflow and Shopify.
- Background in motion graphics, 3D design, or other emerging digital media is a plus.
