Part-Time Accountant

What You’ll Do
As our Part-Time Accountant, you will help strengthen our financial systems and ensure accurate grant management. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a system to manage our grant funds.
- Ensuring compliance with record-keeping, auditing, and reporting requirements.
- Preparing and submitting monthly expense reports by the 25th of each month.
- Supporting leadership with clear, organized, and transparent financial tracking.
This role is perfect for an experienced accounting professional looking to contribute their expertise to a mission-driven nonprofit while maintaining a flexible, limited-hour schedule.
Basic Qualifications
- Licenses/Certifications Required: CPB, CMA, or CPA (any one of these will be considered).
- Excellent accounting, communication, and professional skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
