POSITION: Design & Content Specialist

CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time | 25-30 hrs per week

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

The Design & Content Specialist is a highly creative, detail-oriented professional responsible for bringing the Beyond Realty brand to life through compelling, polished and consistent visual design. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role will develop and produce marketing materials that support Beyond Realty and its agents while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and exceptional visual communicator who takes pride in getting the details right. They are confident working independently, comfortable managing competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter.

They have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, color and visual storytelling, along with the ability to take a concept from idea to finished product. They are organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines and last-minute requests without sacrificing attention to detail or quality.

Most importantly, the Design and Content Specialist should understand that great design is more than making something look good, it is about communicating a message, supporting a brand and helping our agents succeed.

The Design and Content Specialist ensures compliance with all advertising rules. They should have a pulse on real estate marketing trends and an eye for design. Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce high-quality marketing materials for agents, including print and digital advertising, social media graphics, property marketing, and other branded material.
• Translate ideas, concepts and marketing objectives into creative, visually compelling designs.
• Maintain consistency and integrity of the Beyond Realty brand across all materials.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring designs are accurate, polished and production ready.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and responding efficiently to time-sensitive requests.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director and agents to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that support their business goals.
• Stay current with design and real estate marketing and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Review all marketing materials for accuracy, consistency and compliance with applicable advertising rules and regulations.
• Be willing to jump in, problem-solve and find creative solutions when deadlines are tight.
• Create E-newsletter content/layout
• Print and assemble marketing materials
• Running errands – pick up marketing orders and event items.
• Assist with website design and updates

Qualifications

• Creative skills with a variety of graphic design & video editing tools, including the Adobe Suite & Canva
• Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written, verbal & customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills & a keen attention-to-detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Real Estate License preferred but not required
• Knowledge and understand of all Real Estate Advertising rules and regulations

Pay & Benefits

• $20/hr
• 25-30 hours per week
