About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing, therapist-led practice. This is a full-time W-2 position providing services primarily at our Northville clinic, with some opportunities to support clients in nearby areas (e.g., Novi, Brighton, and surrounding communities).
This role offers a flexible schedule, with hours typically in the late morning through early evening to accommodate after-school clients and family availability. A typical schedule may look like 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM, making this a great fit for therapists who enjoy later mornings and a more flexible start to their day. You will begin with an established caseload and have the opportunity to grow alongside the practice.
Compensation
Salary: $68,000–$70,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans
- Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Utilize play-based, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan
- 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred or strong Level II pediatric fieldwork experience may be considered
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families
