- Existing real estate or property management experience is a plus.
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our short-term rental inventory, selling our property management solution to homeowners in the assigned market(s).
- Sales Representative's work in a high velocity sales environment and are expected to meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- The role requires a variety of skills including researching our competitors and local regulations, developing referral networks with local real estate agents and other potential sources within the vacation rental industry, drafting customized letters to potential clients, cold calling prospective leads, systematically managing leads and opportunity pipelines, setting appointments, meeting with prospective homeowners, and closing sales.
- You will work closely with your Director to review sales pipeline, SLAs, and KPIs.
- This will require knowledge of the vacation rental industry, the ability to take a consultative approach with homeowners, and to develop long term relationships with them.
- Ability to work with a base commission model and meet departmental goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Primary duty will be to consistently work and balance prospecting, cold calling and responding to inbound/outbound leads within the CRM, and network through telesales, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with cross departmental teams to strategize, identify opportunities, and plan and execute management portfolio growth
- Work closely with local Operations and support staff to ensure owner satisfaction.
- Learn and communicate company contracts, services, and policies to stay current with changes.
- Consistently log and update sales activities in the company-specific CRM.
- Handle a large volume of networking and lead generation while managing your sales pipeline through the various sales development stages.
- Attend weekly 1:1 and various departmental meetings.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
