Duties
- Prepare treatment areas and assist with setting up therapy equipment for patient sessions
- Support physical therapists by providing hands-on assistance during patient exercises and modalities
- Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of therapy tools, equipment, and treatment spaces
- Facilitate communication between patients and physical therapists to promote seamless care coordination
Skills
- Strong commitment to patient service and delivering compassionate care
- Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices
- Prior experience in outpatient clinics or orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable but not required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and engage patients positively
