WE ARE HIRING FOR AN EXPERIENCED REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN. AS WE MOVE CLIENTS OFF OF OUR WAITING LIST, THESE WOULD POTENTIALLY CONVERT TO FULL TIME.

- Niles (PM) or Jefferson Park (PM)
Job Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
- Support in the creation of client materials
Ideal candidate will hopefully meet one of the following:
- For this particular case(s), we are seeking an EXPERIENCED Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Certification active)
and MEET some of the following:
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (travel to client's home)
- Previous experience working with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Enjoy interacting and playing with kids (WE'RE LOOKING FUN PEOPLE)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
