Position Overview / 포지션 개요

As an Order Management Specialist, you will support fulfillment operations at our Summerville, SC facility. This role owns the full order lifecycle across multiple platforms — including Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, and emerging retail partners — and serves as a key liaison between our warehouse network, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and accounting team. Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Order Lifecycle Management / 주문 처리 관리 Manage end-to-end order execution within ERP systems, ensuring SKU accuracy, shipping documentation, and invoicing integrity. ERP 시스템 내에서 주문 처리 전 과정을 관리하며, SKU 정확성, 배송 서류, 인보이스 정합성을 확보합니다.
• Marketplace & Vendor Compliance / 마켓플레이스 및 벤더 컴플라이언스 Oversee Amazon Purchase Orders, routing requests, and ASN (EDI 856) submissions; proactively resolve EDI-related errors and chargebacks. Amazon 발주(PO), 라우팅 요청, ASN(EDI 856) 제출을 관리하고, EDI 관련 오류 및 차지백을 선제적으로 해결합니다.
• Warehouse & 3PL Coordination / 창고 및 3PL 조율 Coordinate fulfillment across multiple warehouses and 3PL partners, including Tracy, Summerville, and external facilities. Tracy, Summerville 및 외부 시설을 포함한 다수의 창고 및 3PL 파트너와 풀필먼트를 조율합니다.
• Freight & Shipping Operations / 운송 및 배송 운영 Manage Bill of Lading (BOL) creation, PO tracking, and coordination of parcel and LTL shipments. BOL(선하증권) 작성, PO 추적, 소포 및 LTL 배송 조율을 관리합니다.
• Financial Reconciliation / 재무 대사 Partner with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage chargeback disputes through data analysis. 회계팀과 협업하여 인보이스 불일치를 해결하고, 데이터 분석을 통해 차지백 분쟁을 관리합니다.
• Returns & Inventory Control / 반품 및 재고 관리 Oversee returns processing, including inspection, documentation, restocking, or disposition per company policy. 검수, 서류 작업, 재입고 또는 처리 등 반품 프로세스 전반을 회사 정책에 따라 관리합니다.
• Process Improvement / 프로세스 개선 Optimize workflows to maintain high on-time delivery rates and reduce operational losses. 정시 배송률 유지 및 운영 손실 최소화를 위해 업무 프로세스를 최적화합니다.

What We're Looking For / 이런 분을 찾습니다

• Bilingual in Korean and English (required) / 한국어·영어 능통자 (필수)
• Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred / ERP 또는 주문관리 시스템 사용 경험 우대
• Familiarity with major e-commerce/marketplace platforms (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify) a plus / 주요 이커머스·마켓플레이스 플랫폼 경험 우대
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data (invoices, chargebacks, EDI documents) / 세심한 업무 처리 능력과 데이터(인보이스, 차지백, EDI 서류) 활용 능력
• Ability to coordinate across warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams / 창고·물류·회계 부서 간 원활한 조율 능력
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills / 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
