What You'll Be Doing

This is a small animal general practice where you'll remain involved in medical, surgical, and preventive care while taking on clinical leadership and team development. You'll help guide medical decision-making, mentor colleagues, support workflow improvements, and contribute to the practice's continued growth.

Diagnostic resources include digital radiography and therapeutic laser technology, with access to additional professional expertise when needed.

The Basics

• Compensation: Base salary up to $175,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a leadership stipend.
• Incentives: Quarterly production bonus without negative accrual, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential equity incentives.
