Compensation Schedule

• Annual salary: $130,000–$150,000.

What You'll Do

• Examine patients, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and provide appropriate medical and surgical treatment.

• Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, interpret results, and prescribe medications.

• Educate clients about preventive care and treatment options.

• Guide clients through end-of-life decisions with compassion.

• Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary team while championing high-quality medicine.

• Partner with hospital leadership on operations, practice growth, and medical protocols.

• Foster a collaborative team culture and maintain accurate medical records.

• Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, applicable regulations, and hospital policies.

What You Bring

• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.

• Appropriate state veterinary licensure or eligibility to obtain it.

• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain it.

• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

• A personable, motivated, and collaborative approach to leadership.

• Clinical experience and an interest in mentoring colleagues and supporting team growth.

• Ability to lift patients and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
