What You Can Expect to Do:
- Work with senior leadership team to prioritize, scope and plan business milestones.
- Build technical rollout plans to reach business milestones.
- Foster a positive culture in line with Beyond Identity values.
- Actively coach and mentor team members in their careers.
- Be a reliable decision maker.
- Oversee the entire internal IT stack for a global, remote workforce.
- Manage cloud services, identity solutions, and endpoint protection.
- Manage hardware and software for employees on a range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Lead the internal deployment of Beyond Identity's own software on employee devices in a "dogfooding" capacity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT escalations and vendor management.
- Articulate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Proven experience as a remote IT Manager for a global, distributed company.
- A track record of managing and supporting a remote workforce.
- Deep expertise in a variety of internal IT infrastructure tools and systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Crowdstrike.
- Experience with a range of operating systems, including Linux, Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal deployments of security software and to collect and synthesize structured feedback from internal users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- The capacity to thrive in an ambiguous or complex problem space with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- A proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
