Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Implement and adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) aligning with clients’ goals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion.
- Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
- Support clients with transportation to various appointments and community outings.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
