We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hair Transplant Technician with previous hands-on experience assisting in hair restoration procedures. The ideal candidate has experience with graft preparation, handling, implantation assistance, and maintaining high standards of patient care and surgical support.
Responsibilities
- Assist providers during hair transplant procedures
- Prepare, sort, count, and organize grafts accurately
- Handle and preserve graft viability during procedures
- Assist with graft extraction and implantation processes (depending on experience and scope)
- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Monitor inventory and maintain equipment and supplies
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Deliver excellent patient care and maintain professionalism throughout the patient experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hair Transplant Technician (preferred)
- Experience with FUE procedures strongly preferred
- Experience with graft dissection and graft handling required
- Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
- Ability to work efficiently during long procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or hair restoration preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NeoGraft, ARTAS, SmartGraft, or manual
- Experience with implantation techniques and surgical assistance
- Medical assistant or clinical experience is a plus
Pay: $48,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
