The purpose of the Supply Chain Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lead is to develop & lead a formal S&OP process across the organization.

Your Mission

• Develop & Lead formal S&OP process for the Launchers Division
• Align Demand Plans with multiple customer facing teams & ensure demand is properly loaded in SAP
• Line up customer requirements & production plans with business team to align financial goals/expectations
• Ensure Operations & Procurement teams are aligned with customer/business needs as well with each other
• Develop & ensure completion of capacity planning process as well as integration into production planning
• Understand & clearly communicate risks to production/business plans & help execute mitigation plans
• Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
  
  
  

Your Story

• BS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience leading an S&OP Process
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally is an absolute must
• Comfort leading up, down, & across the organization
• SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Must be able to collaborate productively across the organization including senior leadership, engineering, production, procurement, as well as supply chain
• Must have the ability to think outside the box & identify/implement solutions to drive results while maintaining regulatory & quality compliance.
• Occasional travel may be required
