Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and assemble baked goods, desserts, and specialty items with attention to detail and presentation.
- Package finished products efficiently for retail display or delivery while maintaining food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of all ingredients to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support catering events or special orders by preparing large quantities of baked goods or food items as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and high-quality output.
Requirements
- Proven experience in baking, or food production is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
- Experience working in a bakery, or the food industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience with familiarity in food safety regulations and equipment operation.
