Client Project Manager

We have a new opportunity available for a full-time Client Project Manager to join us in our mission of reaching 35M survey participants by 2035.

What You'll Do:

• Own the administrative, project management, and communication side of the client relationship for a portfolio of Beyond Feedback’s clients.
• Sit in on survey program design meetings and keep a clear, organized record of every client decision.
• Support conversations regarding program design by bringing your own project management expertise to the table.
• Be the friendly, reliable voice clients hear from, managing day-to-day communications and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Facilitate client meetings and show up for client presentations, ready to contribute.
• Schedule and distribute client reports to the right people, right on time.
• Coordinate client user permissions so the right people have the right access.
• Turn client results presentations into clear next steps by documenting action items and requests.
• Coordinate meetings between our internal team and client leaders, keeping everyone’s calendars and expectations aligned.
• Set up and customize client initiatives around action planning, training and development, and rewards and recognition.

What You Bring to the Table (Required Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One or more years of project management experience.
• One or more years of experience in the customer or employee survey industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience coordinating between clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage a portfolio of fifteen to fifty client accounts at once.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and documentation skills, including tracking and following up on action items.
• Working knowledge of virtual meeting technology and project management software.
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple client engagements at the same time.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work well with co-workers and cross-functional peers alike.

• Starting pay is between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Our Work-From-Home Arrangement

This role is primarily remote, with on-site time required for quarterly staff meetings. Travel is minimal, limited mostly to occasional trips to the metro Phoenix area for staff meetings. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload) and a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions, just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the equipment and systems you need to be successful.
