Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as we continue to grow. We’ve recently moved into a spacious new building with a full gym and several playrooms, allowing us to take on new clients and expand programming. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans created by our BCBAs.
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Provide direct support to clients in clinical setting.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient care records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
