Role Description
This is an on-site role for the Retail Associate-Cashier & Stock position at Beyond Deals in Norwalk, CA. As a Retail Associate, you will be cross-trained in cashiering and stocking and expected to provide excellent service, handle guest transactions, maintain the cash register, stock the sales floor, assist in the fitting rooms, occasionally greet customers, and ensure the store is always clean and well organized. You may also be asked to assist customers in finding products and answer any inquiries they may have. Support and perform all other duties based on store needs.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong team player
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual EN/ES (preferred)

- To ensure fairness and consistency for all Beyond Deals team members, we cross train our team members to follow a rotating fixed schedule between the hours of 7AM – 11 PM.
This means every team member rotates through different shifts and assigned roles (cashiering, stocking, floating, etc) allowing equal opportunity for different assignments through morning, mid-day, and evening shifts while ensuring full store coverage and teamwork.
