- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct Initial assessments, reassessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
- Part-Time: Flexible caseloads 1-5 Clients based on the need and your availability
- Shifts: Choose the number of clients that works for you, with opportunities to grow your caseload over time.
- Location: Rolla, Missouri
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Candidates must hold an active Missouri LBA license. We handle the credentialing and onboarding process so you can start serving clients as quickly as possible.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
