As a Beyond Components Part-Time Admin Database Updater, your primary responsibilities will be calling customers. You will be helping to update our customer database. It’s imperative that you are organized and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls with positivity
· Build meaningful, trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using successful methods/tools
· Keep records of customer interactions
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone and email handling skills
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
· 9 am-2 pm (hours are flexible)
· Three to Five days a week (days are flexible)
Experience:
