As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Location: Spanish Fork, UT
Schedule: Part-Time
Hours: 15 hours per week- Afternoon
Pay Rate: $21 – $27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field
