Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (End times vary depending on route)

Starting Pay:
$13 per hour.

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Driver Helper to support our donation bin collection team. You’ll ride alongside our lead driver to help bag, load, and organize donations from our bins located throughout the region. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires hustle, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

This is not just a riding-along job—you’ll be out of the truck, bagging clothes, shoes, and books by hand, helping to keep sites clean and loads organized. We work fast and efficiently, and we’re looking for someone who can match that energy.

The position is perfect for someone who wants to stay active, work and potentially grow into more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

• Ride with lead driver on assigned donation bin routes
• Help empty clothing, shoe, and book donation bins
• Bag loose items and organize materials inside the truck
• Assist in cleaning up around bin sites
• Help unload truck at end of shift
• Follow instructions and maintain communication throughout the route

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and load bags for several hours at a time
• Reliable and punctual—must be ready to roll at 6:00 AM
• Able to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in heat, cold, or rain
• No experience required, but warehouse, labor, or moving experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Monroe
• Must be 18 years old
• Trustworthy: We are a Christian based organization run by prior Private Investigators. We have a high level of previous experience catching people stealing and have a zero-tolerance theft policy. We are all about second chances but if you have recent charges of theft or other felony charges we are not interested in employing you right now.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
