Beyond Behavior, LLC is hiring enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders within our clinic. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You get to have fun while teaching kids! We are currently hiring for full-time or part-time positions in our clinic. We operate Monday-Friday 8-4!
Responsibilities:
- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- maintain objective daily session notes
- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Available to work at least 15 hours per week
- Pass a criminal and caregiver background check
- Job experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
