At Beyond Behavior, we're looking for caring, dependable individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and individuals with autism. Join our team as a Behavior Technician and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a supportive, team-focused environment.
This position is full-time (32–40 hours per week).
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and/or in-home settings
- Follow structured treatment plans (training provided)
- Collect data and document client progress
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Work alongside a supportive clinical team
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma required
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 30 days (paid training provided)
- Experience in childcare, healthcare, education, or psychology is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond appropriately to active behaviors
