• Deliver exceptional haircutting, coloring, and styling services

• Build lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer care

• Recommend professional retail products based on each guest's needs

• Stay current on trends, techniques, and continuing education

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation

• Collaborate with fellow stylists to create an uplifting salon culture
