In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our sales partners and merchants, guiding submissions through underwriting, coordinating approvals, and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing account support. You will work cross-functionally with internal underwriting, technical support, backend operations, partner banks, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality service.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales partners and merchants to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
- Support merchant submissions from intake through approval by reviewing applications for completeness and compliance
- Work closely with underwriting teams to facilitate timely credit decisions and approvals
- Coordinate with technical teams for equipment deployment, gateway setup, and processing configurations
- Partner with backend operations for merchant account maintenance, updates, and lifecycle management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing merchant and partner support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with partner banks and vendors to ensure smooth communication and processing continuity
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and expand portfolio growth
- Track submissions, approvals, and account activity using CRM systems and internal platforms
- Maintain strong knowledge of card brand rules, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Skills
- 2 years of experience in merchant services, credit card processing, or financial services (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with underwriting, ISO operations, or merchant onboarding processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage partner conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate processes and expectations
- Ability to manage multiple submissions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (IRIS or similar platforms preferred)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk, documentation, and account performance
- Professional, solutions-oriented approach to problem resolution
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
