Beyond Autism Services is looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time, Occupational Therapist. Beyond Autism Services is a collaborative organization that provides quality services, including ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, to children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum in our clinic and in our client's homes.

- Assess, consult, plan and conduct treatment for pediatric clients and their families.
- Continuously evaluate client needs, plan and problem solve in order to help each client reach his or her potential.
- Communicate and collaborate with BCBA's, RBT's, SLP's, and parents in order to provide an effective program.
- Document all consultation and treatment sessions on a daily basis, as well as provide appropriate documentation to treatment team based on Beyond requirements.
- Provide assessment, progress and discharge reports in a timely manner.
- Able to administer and evaluate pediatric clients utilizing standardized and non-standardized pediatric assessments.
- Communicate with Directors regarding any changes in status, problems, or intent to change any aspect of services already in place; and, to discuss same with Directors prior to communicating with client’s family or referral source.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required (e.g., staff meetings, weekly clinical meetings)
- Develop instructional materials as needed.
- Potentially plan, coordinate and conduct in-service trainings for staff with related services team.
- Keep careful record of billable hours
- Stay abreast of funding resource changes which impact reporting and/or treatment requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Maintain Occupational Therapy license in the state of PA & NBCOT certification (OTR).
- Availability for after school hours, 3:30-6 at a minimum of 2 times/week.
- Pediatric experience is required.
- Previous experience in sensory integration preferred.
