Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Phoenix, AZ. The BCBA will develop and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, design and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress through data-driven analysis. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, conducting functional behavior assessments, collaborating with parents and caregivers to support skill generalization, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and ABA best practices. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with students, staff, and families to achieve individualized client goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Experience in Parent Education, Behavior Management, and providing family-centered support
- Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum in educational or therapeutic environments
