Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities of our School Director:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the school to ensure smooth student progress
- Supervise staff from different classrooms and provide constructive feedback
- Provide verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behavior
- Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
- Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements
- Undertake staffing responsibilities (training, evaluating, scheduling etc.)
- Manage the budget by monitoring revenue and expenses
Requirements for the School Director:
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
- Two years’ work experience in a licensed child care facility, or early childhood program ONLY
- Possesses deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
- Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy
- Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
