Job Overview
Beyond a Resume seeks a Principal Scientist with In-Vitro and flow cytometry exp for our client in Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct advanced research projects.
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new methodologies and technologies.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide guidance on experimental design and data interpretation.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and publications to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current with scientific literature and advancements in relevant fields to inform research direction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in laboratory settings.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Physics, Biology, Biomedical Engineering).
• Proven experience in quantum engineering, with a strong understanding of theoretical concepts and practical applications.
• Proven experience with In-Vitro, flow cytometry (preferably in organoid)
• Knowledge of animal physiology, including experience with experimental models.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation of research findings.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of scientific integrity and ethical research practices.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
