Pay Range: Base Salary of $75k yearly Department Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and protect project profitability
- Handle billing, purchase orders, and change orders
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong communication
- Conduct job site visits and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
- Lead and support field teams to meet productivity and performance goals
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 2 years of project management experience in construction or plumbing
- Experience managing projects from kickoff through closeout
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Texas Plumbing License or ability to obtain it
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of construction plumbing processes, codes, and techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
