LINE COOK
Must have Banquet Experience
Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food items, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations. Assist Chef with buffet, banquet, and ala carte prep and execution.
Position Requirements:
- Responsible for set-up of daily par/prep and organization of their daily work station.
- Preparation of and storage of all food items necessary to operation of station in adherence with country club quality standards.
- Preparation and upkeep of items: dressings, sauces, soups, etc.
- Communicate with Chef when special products are needed.
- Consistent presentation of daily entrees etc.
- Proper cooking techniques for station items and ala carte.
- Responsible, disciplined work ethic.
$17/Hr. to $20/Hr..; Vacation, Golf Privileges, Meal Discounts, and more.
